First, fill out our online loan application.

Please go to www.constructionloansnetwork.com and click on the "Apply Now!" button, create your own password, and fill out the easy-to-use application. Your strictly, secured application will come directly to our desk.

If you prefer to handwrite your application, you can download our loan application, print on legal size paper (8.5" X 14"), fill out, sign, date and either fax or mail back to us.

Second, authorize ConstructionLoans.com to run your credit.

Your credit has highly sensitive information. We have taken the most secured measures to guard this information. Please take a moment to read our credit authorization form. Your credit report is only $15.00. By paying for your credit report through the convenience of PAYPAL, you have acknowledged the acceptance of the credit authorization form and given us permission to run your credit. We will mail you a copy of your credit report and take the time to discuss your report with you.

Upon completion of these two steps, we will start processing your loan application
